The Beach House is a unique absolute beachfront holiday home in beautiful Waiwera, New Zealand. Close to Auckland, this cozy yet full equipped holiday homeis located on a sandy beach front opposite one of New Zealand's most scenic regional parks. Our accommodation is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, has unbelievable sea views . 

The Beach House offers a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 lounges, 3 kitchens, a kids play room, a sun deck and its own indoor thermal hot pool... perfect for families and couples seeking an intimate holiday away.

For those with a busy lifestyle, The Beach House is an ideal getaway offering a variety of fun stuff to do. The Beach House is divided into two areas whereby the main dwelling may accommodate up to 12 people and the minor one sleeps 5 and is available to rent for both long-term and short term stays (some services such as spa and laundry areas are common).

In the Area

Bring along your kayak / boat, fishing or snorkeling gear and paddle either upriver or down into white sandy Waiwera estuary and cove, great fishing and snorkeling just off and around Mahurangi Island. (Walk to the Mahurangi Island possible at low tide).

Cafes, Bar, and Dairy shop just a hop and skip away.

WenderHolm Regional Park just a short walk away is great for hiking as well as having heaps of picnic areas.

Several Boat ramps to launch from (tidal) and great fishing spots close by (even off the rocks).
